Our executive chef, Alexandre St-Amand-Tremblay, graduated from the Advanced Culinary Arts of l’Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). While studying, he worked at the Bastide de Capelongue in Provence and was also the recipient of the Françoise Kayler grant for new talents in the food and restaurant industries. After graduating Alexandre gained worked at well-known steakhouses Joe Beef and Aurochs, where he was a sous-chef.
Branzino Restaurant Montreal can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated event and up to 140 guests for a cocktail dinatoire. The restaurant also offers a private room with views of our wine cellar collection for groups of up to 12 guests.
